The menu for Signature Restaurant is straightforward and beguiling, featuring contemporary interpretations of classic dishes, traditional cuisine enlivened with unconventional Texas spirit. Initially, the food may seem familiar, but the first bite will surprise with unexpected flavors and ingredients. Seasonal quail or venison and local olive oils are utilized for creations in the kitchen. Signature Restaurant serves local and regional products, but if that’s not the best quality product, the culinary team imports from the South of Italy or the East Coast, whether it’s in search of seafood or truffles.
